A1c 9.1 to 5.4 in fourteen months. Time-restricted eating, walking after meals, and dropping liquid sugar. My endocrinologist was skeptical, then surprised, and now refers people to the same protocol.

I'm one person — n=1, no control, every confounder you can name. The trials below are the reason I tried it at all. #fasting

That was deliberate. I read enough of this literature to know my own case proves nothing except that it happened to me.
