Community guidelines
Short version: cite what you can, label what you can't, and don't tell people to stop taking their medication.
- Label your evidence honestly. Calling an anecdote a study is the one thing that gets content removed fast.
- No dosing protocols presented as treatment for a named person. Share research; don't practice medicine on strangers.
- No "stop your prescribed medication" instructions. Discuss the literature on tapering; don't direct a stranger's care.
- Attack claims, not people. Disagreement is the point of a commons.
- No commercial spam. Disclose affiliation when you have one; a disclosed interest is fine, a hidden one is not.
Enforcement is human and logged. There is no automated trust score and no algorithmic demotion — those are the mechanisms this platform exists to escape.
